Mera 1st year main ek paper due rah gaya tha,phir 2nd year main fail ho gaya and pichla paper bi due rah gaya,or iss sal bhi 2nd year main fail ho gaya or phichla paper bhi due rah gaya. Kya main iss sal 2nd year ke paper de sakta hu? Pls give me ans any body
